Pilates South Bay prides itself on having wonderful, friendly, knowledgeable and caring instructors. We believe that having a great experience is the most important objective for our students. The Owner specializes in geriatric pilates and pilates for athletes, particularly figure skaters. The Owner holds certification through Balanced Body at Core Conditioning including reformer, Cadillac (trapeze table), wunda chair, ladder barrel and spine corrector.  Due to scoliosis, the Owner was constantly searching for a remedy against chronic back pain, fatigue and insomnia.  Here's the good news:  Pilates has been her "lifesaver" because it has not only helped her  to alleviate back pain, but now she  sleeps soundly and has more energy throughout the day.  Further, her posture has drastically improved and she has connected her mind and body through controlled breathing.  All of this through the healing of Pilates. If you're in search of core strengthening, if you aim to sleep well and have less pain - Pilates is for you!
