As a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Pilates Instructor Michelle stresses the spinal health benefits that Pilates promotes.  She pecializes in Pilates and holds certification through Balanced Body University at Core Conditioning including the reformer, Cadillac (trapeze table), wunda chair, ladder barrel and spine corrector. Her training includes diverse influences in  fitness, physical therapy and Pilates.
